History: Jo was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tiefling companion (her 'brother'). She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She has moderate length chestnut hair. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with painting. She constantly tries to fill her life with painting. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Born in the east to a Dilettante, Osah learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When Osah reached her early adolescence her Tiefling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
