History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Kipper was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mayor. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Damakos was a troubled youth.
