History: Bilga was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She became a Baker soon after.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees.
