Personality: Nella hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Shadow was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Shadow's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Shadow and his spouse have recently divorced.
