Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Barendd lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Barendd was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Barendd's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
