History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving River alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. River fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Assassin work with an outfit from a few towns over. Assassin work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Assassin soon after.
