History: Born in the west to a Tanner, Anne learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She got into the Miller business at a young age. She worked as a nervous Miller and found it very stressful. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
