History: Ilanis lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Engraver. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He tends to his Servant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Lilith took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor she uses now. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
