History: Rinn lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Ploughman, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Ploughman they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Mortician, and she later adopted a second son.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Servant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Servant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Servant job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he loathes his own lifestyle

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He struck the Gardener job and began his own company from there.
