History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Abalaba grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the south. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He hates Tieflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Barakas has worked very hard to control his curse. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
