History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Ellyjoybell took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sickle and armor she uses now. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Apothecary and was forced into it by her family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She worked as a nervous Marshal and found it very stressful. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
