History: Nim was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He's also a talented Brewer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has worked as a Miller like her father before her.
