History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Fletcher arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a Fletcher soon after.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He worked as a nervous Carpenter and found it very stressful. He struck the Carpenter job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Azgrom was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
