Description: This late middle aged woman wears a blue cloak and cross-gartered white stockings and is in decent physical shape. She wears a Stetson hat to hide her balding. Her eyes are violet and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is a great chef.
History: Xanaphia was born the youngest of three triplets. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Merchant work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a brown vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His blue leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his brown boots flare out at the collars. His black hair is thinning but still full. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: John was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has styled his silver hair well, parting it to the left. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Carrie isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Carrie was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Carrie's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Carrie and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Description: She is in excellent shape and likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She takes great joy in being the best Armorer in town.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Lilith took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up crossbow and armor she uses now. She has worked as a Armorer like her father before her.
