Menny Pilwicken, Female Gnome [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: She is in excellent shape and is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. She wears her brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Menny embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She plays an instrument quite well.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has never given up on her music dream.

Theirastra Raethran, Female Half-Elf [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her longbow with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her hair is long and white with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small violet clips. Her brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She now owns her own business.

Hobart Stoutbridge, Male Halfling [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his axe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. His chestnut hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Hobart alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
