Personality: He is fixated on the number 18. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Thomas is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: The child of a Bather, who enjoyed hunting, Thomas was taken on many hunting expeditions. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Sailor kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
