History: Gimurt lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Jaxi was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is pastel, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. His hair is long and black with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Stylist arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Stylist responsibilities is difficult; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: She was born in the north. Through the years after Pyntle was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Pyntle's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
