His gold eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Sethrekar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Sethrekar. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
