History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Anne grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Fargas decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

Personality: Forcas hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Forcas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Gardener kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.
