A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She found a children's book about a Elf Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
