Personality: He is happy with his job as a Soapmaker. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Oskar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barkeep they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Soapmaker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a soapmaker and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Gimgen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He tends to his Barber job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Locksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Being a Locksmith kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. Jarana enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Jarana and her spouse have recently divorced.
