History: Born in the west to a Shepherd, Bilbron learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bilbron fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a Soapmaker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

History: Smoking was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She struck the Mayor job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and revenge
