History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after Kelter was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Kelter's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is her passion
