Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Carter arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east.
