History: Born in the south to a Weaver, Howard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Mayor and occasionally as a mercenary.
