Personality: Jacoba hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Fletcher. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Heian and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Glassblower arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and doesn't want to be a glassblower and was forced into it by her family

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is greedy.
