History: Born in the north to a Gardener, Rolen learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Gardener. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her hair, while still mostly dark red, has prominent grey streaks. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Armara was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Armara was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Armara's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Armara never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
