He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Being a Dyer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
