History: She comes from a rich western family. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
