Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a Spice Merchant first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'2" when asserting himself. His bronze crest is knotted and matted. His fierce red eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. A gifted student he started as a Banker, but he got bored and became a Ploughman. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born into a rich family. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sai.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
