When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Glassblower hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is her passion

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She's also a talented Spice Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Caramip was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. At a young age her father died while driving off some gnolls. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in kukri use. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
