Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is black, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: Rangrim hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: An older man who wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is black and very short. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: To unite with his brother; and wants to raise his children well

Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His blue hair, when down, is lengthy. He has black eyes and a green hat with a tan feather.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thamuz grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thamuz. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.
History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shepherd.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.
