History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Nyx was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying east to reunite her family. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
