History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: Balifra speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Balifra is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
