History: Born to a Sailor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. After a long history of fighting, Dadalan and his spouse have recently divorced.

A freak accident while working with her Miller father left her crippled. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
