Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Barrister arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Borun's homeland. Borun decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A freak accident while working with his Ruler mother left him crippled. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he feels threatened by others

Description: A 3'3" southern man, he is renowned for his bright red suits and hats. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Watson was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Kildrak hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to dire rats.

Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
