Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She was born into a rich family. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. Windy enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
