History: She comes from a rich southern family. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Through the years after Emma was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Emma's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
