History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Vilberg grew up listening to his father's many stories. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
