Description: He is in excellent shape and has a large red mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his yellow robe. His golden hair is knotted and matted. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Oblar embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Oblar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Shepherd. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
