Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Server they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Fortune-teller, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.
