Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a blue shirt with thin yellow vertical stripes and tan pants. She has wavy red hair. Her eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Lia isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Lia was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members.
