Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Shifting lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Zedaar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'1" and is typically in his Herbalist uniform. His chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Herbalist. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Herbalist for the past few years.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and further expansion of business

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Gnome, and stands approximately 3'5". She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down, and her gloved hand is found clutching a bastard sword. Her moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. She has brown eyes.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.
