History: Born in the south to a Bellfounder, Yevelda learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She became a Spice Merchant soon after.

History: She got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. She tends to her Spice Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
