Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. Personality: Norman is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has achieved small success as a Bellfounder.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born in a small island village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a bow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he feels kind of lost in life
