History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Gormogord alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
