History: Born to a Banker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bucklal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bucklal. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Scrag was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature flail.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to work out more often
