History: Ethereal was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She struck the Barber job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Expand her business; and balancing her hectic life and new barber responsibilities is difficult

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His first spouse was a Brewer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and revenge

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Whurdred alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
