Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears dark leathers with embroidery. His black crest is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Adrex was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Fabien will drive conversation. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting illithids, the young Fabien began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of illithids

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Azza fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Sindri was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Sindri never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
