Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around her neck, and a sword on her belt. Her blonde hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Cumpen is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Cumpen was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: An older man who is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing white cape and mantle trimmed with soft red waves gently in the breeze, he is not a threatening figure. Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. After a long history of fighting, Ûshgol and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: 6'8" and muscular, this northern man likes to wear ponchos typically of a light green in addition to tight pants. His silver crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has gleaming, smiling red eyes.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and an old rival family wants him found
